摘要
目的:探讨癌症患者疼痛及护理对策。方法:对100例癌症患者采用线性视觉模拟评估疼痛的程度。结果:本组100例,75例得到有效控制,24例未能得到有效控制。其中轻度疼痛占43.9%,中度疼痛占40.1%,重度疼痛占16.0%。在重度疼痛中,强阿片类药物应用仅达52.1%,在中度疼痛中,弱阿片类药物应用仅达52.2%。结论:实施心理护理、疼痛控制、营养支持等优质护理是改善患者生活质量,延长寿命的关键。
Objective：To investigate effective management strategies of cancer related pain. Methods： Linear visual analog scale was used to measure pain in 100 patients with cancer. Results： 75 patients complained of pain, 43.9% of patients have mild pain,40.1% of patients have moderate pain, 16.0% patients have severe pain, Strong opioids were used in 52.1% of severe pain, mild opioids were used in 52.2% of moderate pain. The pain of 24 patients was not alleviated. Conclusion：Psychological care, pain control and nutrition support are helpful in the improvement of patients＇ quality of life and survival.
