韩国投资企业在中国经营实况及应对策略——以青岛韩资中小企业调查为例

The Operation Situation of Korean Investment Enterprises in China and the Countermeasures——Take the Investigation of Qingdao Korean Investment Small and Medium-sized Enterprises as An Example

投资青岛的韩国企业由于对投资环境的认识和适应出现偏差,加之文化背景与国情差异,不可避免地面临各种困难和问题。韩国企业的发展方向应当是瞄准较长期的中国内需市场,加速产品升级换代,进行产业结构调整,提高技术含量,以适应中国环境的新变化。而地方政府在对韩招商长期规划方面应该有重点地突破。

South Korean enterprises investing and operating in Qingdao inevitably faced with various difficulties and problems because of differences in cultural backgrounds and national conditions as well as the deviation of the understanding and the adaptation to the investment environment. The direction of development of South Korean enterprises should be aimed at longer-term domestic demand market in China, accelerate product upgrading, readjust the industrial structure, and improve the technical content in order to adapt to new changes in China＇s environment. In long-term plan for attracting Korean investment, local government should focus on breakthrough in key areas.
