摘要
对紫穗槐幼苗进行不同浓度的Na2SO4处理,测定并分析了其幼苗叶中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化。结果表明:1)300 mmol/L的盐浓度是适宜紫穗槐生长的临界土壤盐浓度。2)紫穗槐幼苗体内活性氧的保护酶体系主要途径是由SOD催化超氧自由基,再由POD和CAT共同协作来清除SOD催化超氧自由基的产物。
By Na2SO4 stress of different concentrations to Amorpha fruticosa seedling, we determined and analyzed the change of the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and peroxidase (POD) in the leaf of the seedlings. The result shows: 1) 300 mmol/L is the critical concentration of Na2SO4 in the soil of Arnorpha fruticosa growth. 2) SOD-PDO+CAT is the main way of the protective enzyme system of active oxygen in the leaves of the seedling of Arnorpha fruticosa.
