水热法制备SrBi_2Ta_2O_9陶瓷及其介电性能研究 被引量:2

Dielectric properties of SrBi_2Ta_2O_9 ceramics prepared by hydrothermal method

摘要 采用水热法合成SrBi2Ta2O9(SBT)纳米粉体,成型后采用常规烧结法制备SBT陶瓷。利用XRD和SEM研究陶瓷的物相和微观形貌;利用介电温谱研究陶瓷的介电性能。结果表明:采用水热法能够制备出颗粒细小均匀、结构致密且物相纯净的SBT陶瓷;其居里温度为375℃,对应的介电常数为114.54。 SBT ceramics were prepared from nano- sized powders obtained by hydrothennal method. The phase, particle size, morphology and dielectric properties were investigated by X- my diffraction (XRD), scanning electron spectroscopy (SEM) and dielectric spectra, respectively. The results showed that the pure phase SBT ceramics with uniformly small grain and dense structure were successfully prepared by this method. The Curie temperature is 375 ℃ where the maximum dielectric constant is 114.54.
