摘要
多酚类化合物是指分子结构中有若干个酚性羟基的植物成分的总称,具有抗氧化、强化血管壁、降低血脂肪、抑制细菌与癌细胞生长及帮助消化的功能.本实验以焦性没食子酸为对照品,采用分光光度法,在540nm波长处测定样品吸收度,测定石榴籽提取物中水解多酚的含量.实验结果表明:焦性没食子酸浓度在0.014-0.07mg/ml范围内,与吸光度线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9992;石榴籽提取物中水解多酚含量为7.55%(RSD=0.12%),平均回收率为98.59%;样品溶液在10-60min内基本稳定(RSD=0.25%).该方法简便,重现性好,结果准确,可作为石榴籽提取物的质量控制.
The polyphenols compound is refers to in the molecular structure to have certain phenol hydroxyl plant ingredient always to call, has the oxidation resistance, the strengthened blood vessel wall, reduces the blood fat, the suppression bacterium and the cancer cell grows and the help digestion function. This experiment take the pyrogallic acid as the comparison, uses the spectrophotometric method, in 540 nm wave strong point determination sample absorbancy, in determination pomegranate seed extraction hydrolisis polyphenol content. The experimental result indicated that, the pyrogallic acid density in the 0. 014 -0.07mg/ml scope, is good with the extinction linearity relations, the correlation coefficient is 0. 9992; in the pomegranate seed extraction hydrolisis polyphenol content is approximately7.55% ;accuracy experiment rsd =0.12% ;the average returns - ratio is 98.59% ;for tries the solution in 10 rain -60 min basic stable rsd =0.25%. This method is simple, the reproduction quality is good, the result is accurate, may take the pomegranate seed extraction quality control.
