摘要
研究发酵基质对混菌固体发酵产酶的影响.采用正交实验法优化发酵培养基配方.结果表明:产CMC酶的最优培养基配方是:麸皮60g、豆粕3g、玉米粉7g、稻草粉3g和硝酸铵1g、营养盐10%.
Effect of culture medium on the Enzyme - Production of mixed culture solid fermentation. Optinize culture medium by orthogonal experiment, results showed that the optimum conditions of the fermentation process were wheat bran 10g, bean 3g, corn flour 7g, straw powder 3g, NH4NO31g and alimentation salt 10%.
