摘要
在跨栏跑教学中,学生普遍存在着不同程度的恐惧心理.导致了学习兴趣和学习效果的明显下降,针对这些问题,我们进行了"PVC塑料跨栏架"辅助教学实验.结果显示:"PVC塑料跨栏架"能有效克服学生的恐惧心理,有助于掌握该技术动作,提高运动成绩.
In the hurdle - race training, there exists different Kinds of apprehension, which decreases obviously the interest and study effect. In view of this situation, we carry out the auxiliary teaching experiment of" PVC plastic - framed hurdle" :The result shows that this kind of hurdle can dispel the fear of strudel's effectively. Therefore it is helpful for students to master the technical -sports and get mere achievements.
