In the hurdle - race training, there exists different Kinds of apprehension, which decreases obviously the interest and study effect. In view of this situation, we carry out the auxiliary teaching experiment of＂ PVC plastic - framed hurdle＂ ：The result shows that this kind of hurdle can dispel the fear of strudel＇s effectively. Therefore it is helpful for students to master the technical -sports and get mere achievements.
