摘要
①目的探讨电刺激大鼠迷走神经背核对大鼠小肠肌电活动的影响及其机制。②方法应用RM6240B型多道信号采集处理系统记录电刺激前后大鼠消化间期的空肠电活动。③结果刺激10分钟后大鼠空肠慢波频率增加(P<0.05),振幅增加(P<0.05)。刺激1分钟内,慢波频率降低(P<0.01),振幅增加(P<0.01)。④结论电刺激致迷走神经背核兴奋可引起大鼠空肠电活动变化。
Objective To observe the effect of electric stimulus of the dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus on small intestine myoelectric activity and its mechanism. Methods The jejunal myoelectric activity during digestion period was recorded before and after the electric stimulus using RM6240B multichannel signal acquisition and processing system. Results The frequency and the amplitude of the slow waves in the myoelectric activity of the jejunum were increased ( P 〈 0.05 ) after stimulus 10 min,while the frequency was reduced ( P 〈 0.01 ) and the amplitude was increased ( P 〈 0.01 ) during stimulus 1 min. Conclusion The myoelectric activity of the jejunum was changed after electric stimulus of the dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus.
