新化合物HNPC-A3061对鳞翅目昆虫的活性及应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 HNPC-A3061[4-溴-2-对氯苯基)-1-(2-氯乙氧)甲基-5-(三氟甲基)吡咯-3-腈]是具有自主知识产权的新型吡咯杂环类杀虫杀螨剂。笔者就HNPC-A3061对鳞翅目昆虫的杀虫活性、作用方式及田间防治效果进行了研究。室内生测结果表明,HNPC-A3061对粘虫、小菜蛾和斜纹夜蛾表现出很好的胃毒、触杀、杀卵及综合毒力,但内吸作用较弱。田间试验结果证实HNPC-A3061对鳞翅目害虫小菜蛾、斜纹夜蛾和茶毛虫具有良好的防治效果,在使用剂量为60和120ga.i./hm2时,施药后3d、7d和14d,防效分别超过了51.33.%、93.05%和92.44%,且对作物和天敌安全。 HNPC-A3061 [4-bromo-2-(p-chloropheny1)-1-(2-chloroethoxy)-methy-5-(trifluoromethyl)pyrrole- 3-carbonitrile ] is a novel pyrrole insecticide discovered in China. Insecticidal activity, mode of action and field efficacy of HNPC-A3061 against the lepidopterous insects was evaluated. Bioassay results in the laboratory showed that HNPC-A3061 had a good stomach, contact and comprehensive activities and a weak systemic activity to the lepidopterous insects such as oriental armyworm (Mythimna separata), diamondback moth (Pluttella xylostera), and beet armyworm (Spodoptera litura) . Field trial demonstrated that HNPC-A3061 applied at rate of 60 and 120 g a.i./hm^2, exhibited a good control efficacy against imported diamondback moth, beet armyworm, and tea tussock moth (Euproctis pseudoconspersa) with average control efficacy of greater than 51.33%, 93.05%, and 92.44%, respectively on the 3 d, 7 d and 14 d after application. It was found that HNPC-A3061 was safe to beneficial insects and crops.
