摘要
从哲学价值观的观点出发,就人才的自我对象化及其所反映的主体与客体关系进行辨证的论析,在承认他环境因素——组织策略作用的同时,给予青年人才价值转换中的自我实现、自我设计以一席之地,从而对人才自身主体地位的能动作用予以揭示,不能不说是人才科学的一项应有任务,同时也不失为新时期学习实践科学发展观"以人为本"的应有之意。
This paper analyses the talents' self-objectification and the relationship between subject and object from the philosophical perspective of values. The author holds that subjective activity is the key for the young to fulfill their goals under certain objective conditions. To recognize the power of the subjectivity conforms to the humancenteredness in the Scientific Outlook of Development as well as the requirements of Talent Science.
