Empirical Study of Continuous Implementation of Western Development Strategy ——Achievement,Problems and Countermeasures for Implementation of Western Development in Ten Years

应以西部大开发十年来的经济发展经验为参照系,从总体上评价西部大开发战略的实施绩效,从而更有效地继续推进西部大开发战略。要理清政策投入要点,建立高效的政策体系;要引导重点地区发展,培育区域经济增长极;也要承接东部产业转移,推进西部地区经济快速发展。

Ten years economic development after the implementation of western development should be used as reference strain to overall evaluate the performance of the implementation of western development to more effectively promote western development. Main poliey investment points should be rationalized to set up high effective policy system. The important zones should be guided to develop to cultivate growth pole of regional economy. Industrial transfer from east China should be carried on to promote rapid economic development in west China.
