The Exploration of Inland Open Oriented Economy in the Underdeveloped Area——Report from the National Reform Pilot Region for the Urban And Rural Coordinated Development of Chongqing

欠发达地区提升开放型经济发展水平已经刻不容缓,尤其是西部内陆地区,必须大力发展内陆型开放经济。重庆以开放促改革、促发展,积极探索内陆地区发展开放型经济的新路子,为欠发达地区推进体制机制改革以进一步扩大开放提供了极具普适价值的经验。

It is urgent for undeveloped areas to elevate open oriented economy level, especially in west inland areas of China, to develop open oriented economy of inland. Chongqing, by using open policy to promote reform and development, actively practices new policy of developing open oriented economy in inland areas, and so provides valuable experience for undeveloped areas to promote system and mechanism reform for further enlarging openness.
