摘要
文章对班导师和学生群体的分类、特点及引入班导师制的优点进行了分析,并以广东工业大学机电工程学院为例对班导师制的具体实施方案,包括班导师的工作职责及考核方式等内容进行了详细的阐述。
In this paper, the characteristics of tutors and students and the merits of the class-based tutor program are analyzed. The practice in our faculty exemplifies the concrete implementation of the tutor program, including tutors' duties and assessment methods in detail.
