摘要
为了优化大学英语教学中的小组活动的管理,文章运用群体动力学理论对外语教学活动中小组的各变量进行分析和讨论,探讨了如何从群体形成阶段、群体规范与评价方式等三方面,提高对英语课堂小组活动的管理水平。
Group activities are widely used to provide language learners with more opportunities of practicing English. In reality, however, the effectiveness of group activities is in doubt, for many variables must be taken into account. This paper highlights how group dynamics can be made optimal use of in the process of language teaching.
