摘要
GSK-980T车床数控系统不具备刀尖圆弧半径的自动补偿功能,车削带有圆锥、圆弧的成型面时,由于刀尖半径影响,将会产生过切与欠切。精密轮廓加工如果不采取相应措施则无法保证精度。文章详细分析了过切与欠切产生的原因,提出了应采取的对策,并通过实例说明如何综合运用编程、对刀等方法实现精确轮廓车削。
The GSK-980T CNC system does not have the offsetting function of tool radius. The turning Of the piece with the conical or circular facet would result in over-gouging or under-gouging affected by the radius of the knifepoint. Corresponding measures can guarantee the accuracy of processing in the precious contour processing. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the causes of over-gouging and under-gouging, proposes a solution for this problem and exemplifies the comprehensive programming, tool position and other methods in accurate contour turning.
