摘要
文章从人性的基本要求入手,对高校辅导员的需求进行深入、全面的分析,提出要通过激励来实现辅导员的人力资本价值与增值。
More attention is required to focus on college assistants tor the stable management of an msutuuon. Through a comprehensive analysis of the human nature, value of human capital and harmonious development of the paper proposes that incentives to assistants can raise the individuals, the school and society.
