摘要
首先分析了亚像素细分技术的必要性,然后通过建立二维图像测量系统的数学模型,说明了各种提高图像测量系统的测量精度的算法的理论基础;然后,阐述了几种实用的提高图像测量系统精度的细分算法,在论述最小二乘拟合法时,本文提出了用正交筛选法来进行图像边缘响应函数形式的选择的观点,最后通过计算机仿真,验证了所提出的方法的有效性并比较了各种算法所达到的精度及其抗噪声性能。
This paper first analizes the necessity of subpixel techniques,and describes the theoretical base of subpixel algorithms of improving the accuracy of measuring systems by building the mathematical model of general image measuring system.Several methods which can improve the accuracy of measuring system are presented.For the method of least square fitting,we proposal the view of using the method of orthogonal screen to determine the expression of the function of imaging edge reponse.At last,by emulating with the computer,we prove the validity of the methods we propose and compare the accuracy and the performance against noise of several algorithms.
