摘要
对彩色番茄果色的形成机理分别从遗传学、生理学和解剖学几个角度进行了初步的研究和探讨。结果表明:"彩色番茄"果实的颜色表现为一对隐性基因控制的遗传性状;其色素含量和变化与其他颜色果实的番茄无明显差异;在果实发育的绿熟期、转色期和成熟期间,有条纹部分细胞内叶绿体向有色体的转变迟于无条纹部分。
In order to study the fruit color formation mechanism of the colorful tomato, a preliminary research was done on the viewpiont of genetic, physiology and anatomy. The results indicated that: The fruit color of the colorful tomato was controlled by a pair of recessive genes; there is no obvious difference between the pigments content of colorful tomato and other kind of common tomatoes; at the stage of nature-green, turning-colour and ripe-stage, the plastid structure of the parts having stripes changes later than that of the parts having no stripes.
