摘要
针对电梯监控的特点,设计了电梯网络化数字视频监控系统。通过网络摄像机获取和传输视频图像到网络后,利用在Windows平台下开发的视频管理软件,实现了获取、保存、管理与应用视频图像等功能。最后,在视频监控的基础上,采用基于肤色的识别方法实现了人数识别功能,从而为电梯的群控调度提供了准确的交通流支持。此监控系统在实际应用中具有先进性、可靠性及扩展性。
According to the character of elevator monitoring network digital video monitoring system is designed. After gain and transmission video image to the network through network camera, video management software which devel- oped under the Windows platform can gain, preserve and manage video image. Finally, according to the skin color recognition methods realizes face recognition function. The face recognition provides accurate traffic flow for elevator group control. This monitoring system is advanced ,reliable and flexible in the practical application.
