摘要
研究了剩余污泥中添加阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)与酒精糟液共厌氧中温和高温消化对产气量和消化污泥的影响.结果表明:当添加与污泥总固体的质量比为5~10g·kg^-1干泥时,与中温厌氧消化相比,高温厌氧消化具有明显的产气优势;在添加相同PAM质量下,与高温厌氧消化相比,中温厌氧消化后污泥的污泥体积指数更小.此外,添加PAM的共厌氧消化污泥沉淀性能与污泥颗粒尺寸和黏度有明显相关性.PAM对共厌氧消化反应影响既有增加厌氧活性微生物密度又有增加传质阻力的双重作用,挥发酸不是抑制反应因素.
This paper investigated the effect of additive cationic polyaerylamide (PAM) on the anaerobic codigestion of waste activated sludge and wine distillery wastewater under mesophilic and thermophilic conditions. The results show that when PAM addition is 5-10 g·kg^-1 TS, anaerobic thermophilic co-digestion has obvious advantages over mesophilic co-digestion in terms of biogas production. Meanwhile, under the same PAM addition condition, the sludge volume index (SVI) for mesophilic co-digestion is smaller than that for thermophilic co-digestion. In addition, obvious correlation among effluent settling ability, effluent particle size and effluent viscosity is observed after adding PAM for co-digestion. Hence, the double effects of PAM on anaerobic co-digestion have been proposed: one is to increase a greater density of anaerobic activate bacteria, and the other is to increase mass transfer resistance. Furthermore, the volatile fatty acid is not the inhibition factor for anaerobic digestion.
