电子商务中的协同过滤推荐系统
摘要
协同过滤是电子商务推荐系统中最重要的技术之一。它使用统计技术搜索目标客户的若干最近邻居,并根据最近邻居对商品项目的评分,预测目标客户对商品项目的评分,由此产生目标客户的推荐列表。给出协同过滤推荐系统的处理过程,包括数据表示、最近邻居集的产生和推荐列表的形成,在此基础上分析了协同过滤推荐系统存在数据稀疏、推荐质量、扩展性等问题,最后介绍了协同过滤推荐系统当前的研究进展。
