十二指肠乳头MSCT仿真内镜技术临床应用价值 被引量:1

The Clinical Value of MSCT Virtual Endoscopy in the Diagnosis of Duodenal Papilla

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT仿真内镜(CTVE)技术在十二指肠乳头检测方面的临床应用价值。资料与方法对30名健康自愿者行多层螺旋CT(MSCT)扫描并行CTVE重组,观察十二指肠乳头形态,测量其大小,并与轴位图像对照。结果CTVE重组图像显示十二指肠乳头呈结节型16名,呈"V"型8名,"Y"型6名。CTVE重组图像测量十二指肠乳头直径为(0.84±0.17)cm,轴位图像测量其直径为(0.77±0.11)cm,两者差异无统计学意义(P=0.061)。结论利用CTVE可以观察十二指肠乳头形态并测量其大小,为十二指肠乳头及其周围病变的检测提供了一种方便、无创、准确的临床检查方法。 Objective To discuss the clinical value of MSCT virtual endoscopy (CTVE) in the diagnosis of duodenal papilla. Materials and Methods 30 heahhy volunteers received MSCT and virtual endoscopy reconstruction, the shape and size of duodenal papilla were observed and compared with that in axial image. Results Reconstructed image of CTVE showed that the type of nodule was in 16 cases, the type of"V" was in 8 cases and the type of"Y" was in 6 cases. The diameter of duodenal papilla was (0.84 ± 0.17 ) cm in CTVE and (0.77 ± 0.11 ) cm in axial image, and the difference had not statistical significance ( P = 0.061 ). Conclusion CTVE is a convenient, non - invasive and accurate method to detect duodenal papilla diseases.
