摘要
针对工业炸药爆炸后有毒气体中氮氧化物含量的测定仪器投资成本大、运行和维护成本高等特点,用化学中和滴定的方法对有毒气体中的氮氧化物测定进行了研究,并引入空白校正的方法消除酸性气体CO2对中和滴定结果的干扰,提高了测定结果的准确性和可靠性。结果表明:氮氧化物回收率达98.9%以上,测定误差不高于0.03%。该方法测定精确度高、成本低廉、装置简单、操作简便,适用于各种工业炸药爆炸气体中氮氧化物含量的测定。
In view of high cost in investment operation and maintenance of the instrument determining nitrogen oxide content in noxious gas after commercial explosive exploded, the study was carried out on determining nitrogen oxide content of noxious gas by chemical neutralization titrimetric method. The blank correction method was introduced to eliminate interferences of neutralization titration results by acid gas CO2, which increased the accuracy and reliability of the determination results. The results show that the recovery of nitrogen oxide reaches more than 98.9% with determination error less than 0.03%. The method is characterized by high determination accuracy, low cost, simple installation and easy operation, and appropriate to determine nitrogen oxide content in explosive gas of various commercial explosives.
