摘要
通过扫描电镜(SEN)和X射线能谱(EDS)研究了在435℃下锌镍合金镀液中形成的锌渣微观形貌和相成分。结果表明,锌浴中Ni质量分数低于0.051%时,锌渣仅为单一含Ni的ξ相,锌浴中Ni质量分数在0.051%~0.093%范围内,锌渣为Г2和ξ两相共存,锌浴中Ni质量分数大于0.093%时,则锌渣仅为Г2相。出现Г2相时锌浴的临界成分点为0.010%Fe和0.051%Ni。
The microstructure and phase composition of zinc dross formed in Zn-Ni alloy bath at 435 ℃ was studied by SEM and EDS. The results show that there is only single ξ phase containing Ni in zinc dross when Ni content in zinc bath is less than 0.051%. When Ni content in zinc bath is in the range of 0. 051% -0. 093%, there are Г2 and ξ twophase coexistence in zinc bath. When Ni content in zinc bath is more than 0.093%, there is only Г2 phase. The critical composition of zinc bath is 0.010% Fe and 0. 051% Ni when Г2 phase formed.
