摘要 充气钻井技术的关键在于充气钻井气液体积流量的合理设计.根据充气钻井环空携岩关键点,考虑气体对岩屑的举升作用,提出一种充气钻井最优气液体积流量的计算方法,开发充气钻井水力参数设计软件;结合吐哈油田某井的实际工况,分析钻井液密度、井口回压、机械钻速、地层产气量和地层产液量对充气钻井气液体积流量的影响规律.该方法对于优化充气钻井设计和发挥充气钻井技术优势具有指导意义. The key to aerated drilling technology is the reasonable designing for gas-liquid volume flow of aerated drilling. According to the key points of carrying debris in annulus, an optimal calculation method of gas-liquid volume flow is put forward based on the consideration of the lifting of gas, and the designing software for aerated drilling hydraulic parameter is developed. The influence law of mud density, wellhead back pressure, penetration rate, the amount of gas from formation, the amount of liquid from formation on the optimal gas-liquid volume flow of aerated drilling are analyzed combined with the actual working conditions of a well in Tuhua oilfield. The calculation of the optimal gas-liquid volume flow of aerated drilling is very important for optimizing the designing and giving full play to the technical advantage of aerated drilling.
