摘要 设计基于LabVIEW的油田多级离心式注水机组振动信号数据采集系统,利用压电式加速度传感器采集机组的振动信息,利用编制的软件对信号进行时域、频域分析,提取信号特征并进行故障诊断,实现对多级离心式注水泵机组的离线状态监测和故障诊断.应用结果表明,该系统使用方便,测试数据可靠,故障诊断正确. The vibrating signal data acquisition system of water flooding pump assembly has been designed based-on LabVIEW, which is used to do time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis for the vibrating signals by the piezoelectric acceleration sensor unit. Making use of the software we can abstract the characteristics of the signal, and then for fault diagnosis, so that we can achieve off-line condition monitoring. The application results shows that system is convenient to use, reliable in data testing and precise in fault diagnosis.
