摘要
根据原始柱状气液分离器样机,设计由透明有机玻璃材料制成的1#和2#实验样机,开展柱状气液分离器结构的优化实验,分析不同实验样机结构的实验现象;根据实验数据,分析流量和分流比对压力降的影响,以及分流比和气液比对底流气体流量的影响.结果表明,2#气液分离器的分离效果理想,并最终确定为高效分离器的结构.
According to the primitive cylindrical gas-liquid separator prototype, experimental prototypes 1# and 2# have been designed which are made of transparent plexi-glass material. Optimization experiment has been carried out on the cylindrical gas-liquid separator prototypes, the prototypes’ experiment phenomenon from different structures have been analyzed. According to the testing data, we analyzed the flow rate and split ratio to the pressure drop, as well as the split ratio and the gas-liquid ratio to the underflow air flow rate. Results show that the separating performance of the gas-liquid separator 2# is satisfactory, and can serve as the structural scheme of high-efficient separator design.
