摘要
应用油气混输泵作为油气集输的核心部件具有降低井口回压、增加油气产量、降低工程投资及运行费用、方便生产管理等优点。本文运用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件——基于k-ε紊流模型、MIXTURE两相流模型及SIMPLE算法对YQH—100型轴流式油气混输泵在不同含气率下的内部流场进行了三维数值模拟,研究了叶片数变化对轴流泵性能的影响。结果表明:叶片数的变化对油气混输泵的效率影响并不大,适当增加叶片数可以降低叶轮比转速,提高扬程。研究结果对设计人员具有一定参考价值。
As the principal of gathering and transferring of oil-gas, oil-gas pump has the effect of reducing back pressure,increasing output of oil-gas,cost of construction budget and operation reduction,simplification production control. It was simulated the inner flow field of oil-gas pump of YQH--100 axial-flow oil-gas pump in different oil gas ratio, using the soft of CFD, based on k-ε turbulent flow model ,mixture two phase flow model and simple algorithm. The results show that vane number variation has minute influence, increasing vane number can reduce impeller specific speed, increase head of delivery. Simulation results have guiding to designer.
