摘要
应用FLUENT软件提供的雷诺应力模型分析了陶瓷过滤器脉冲反吹用喷嘴内、外部的流场分布,通过分析气体穿过滤管多孔壁面的压降变化和流体喷吹过程的引射效果对喷嘴的性能进行了优化设计。分析了喷嘴出口直径、收缩角度和喷嘴与引射器之间的距离对流场分布的影响,并对这些参数进行了优化。
Numerical simulation of ceramic filter unit was carried out in order to optimize the pulse cleaning system design by investigating the pressure drop across the filter wall and the entrainment effect using FLUENT code. The Reynolds stress transport model provided by FLUENT code was applied to evaluate the gas flow. The various size of convergent nozzle was studied. And then the gap between the nozzle and the diffuser was optimized using the optimized nozzle.
