摘要
针对美国环保钻井技术公司的无渗透钻井液降滤失剂FLC2000、井眼稳定剂LCP2000成本高的问题,室内开展了超低渗透钻井液处理剂的研究。采用化学共混的方法合成了DF-NIN-Ⅰ和DF-NIN-Ⅱ。评价其对钻井液流变性、API滤失量、润滑性、砂床滤失性及承压能力的影响。结果表明,DF-NIN-Ⅰ是一种具有增粘、成膜降滤失、润滑及提高泥饼承压能力等作用处理剂;DF-NIN-Ⅱ是一种对钻井液流变性、API滤失量、润滑性无影响,大幅提高泥饼承压能力的处理剂。这两种处理剂在江汉、河南、中原、辽河、青海等油田应用均表现出良好的流变性、成膜降滤失性、润滑性、井壁稳定性和储层保护性。
In allusion to the high costs of import ultra low permeable drilling fluid agents, the research of ultra low permeable drilling fluid agents was evaluated in laboratory. The results show that DF-NIN-Ⅰand DF-NIN-Ⅱsynthesized with chemical blended method,the effect of rheology,API filtration rate lubrication filtration of sand-bed and bearing ability is evaluated DF-NIN-Ⅰis a kind of ultra low permeable drilling fluid agent with good viscosifying action, film fluid loss control ability as well as lubrication, DF-NIN-Ⅱis one which can not increase viscosity of drilling fluid, has little fluid loss control ability and can improve bearing resistance of mud cake. The two agents show good rheological property and film fluid loss control ability applying as they are used in Jianghan, Henan, Zhongyuan, Liaohe, Qinghai oilfields. They can also stabilize the wellbore and protect the reservoirs.
