稠油热采井机采能耗影响因素和调平衡周期探索

On the Influential Factors of Energy Consumption of Oil Pumping Wells of Heavy Oil Thermal Recovery

根据河南油田稠油热采井一个生产周期内能耗变化情况,选取一定数量并具有代表性的稠油热采井,在一个生产周期内对其能耗变化进行跟踪测试,通过对所测得的数据进行综合分析和研究,得出了稠油机采井能耗、系统效率、平衡度与开采时间变化规律,找出节能降耗关键环节,从而提高了稠油机采系统效率。

According to the test result of tracking investigation of energy consumption change in a production cycle in the heavy oil thermal recovery well of Henan Oilfield, a representative heavy oil wells were selected a tracking investigation was conducted on a cyclic energy consumption and the test data were analyzed to obtain the changing rules between energy consumption, system efficiency, balance degree and production time. The key of energy consumption is found out, the efficiency of heavy oil thermal recovery is improved.
