摘要
针对当前印刷领域中印刷图像色彩检测的方式及设备存在的不足,提出了一种基于TMS320DM642 DSP和AT89S52单片机构建的双CPU的彩色印品质量检测系统的设计方案。该方案充分发挥了DSP的数据处理能力和单片机的外围接口控制能力,使用了液晶显示模块和键盘模块作为人机交互接口。文中详细介绍了该系统整体的软硬件的设计方案,并对彩色印品质量的检测算法进行了探讨,给出了实验结果。
Aiming at the drawback of methods and devices of color inspection for printing images in current printing industry, a dual-CPU color printing quality detecting system based on TMS320DM642 DSP and AT89S52 singlechip is designed. It fully gives play to the data processing ability of DSP and peripheral interface control ability of the singlechip, and it expands LCD and keyboard module as the human-computer interaction interface. The article introduces the design of software and hardware in the system in detail, discusses the color printing quality detecting algorithm and gives the experiment result.
