摘要
针对目前系统中集成能力、可操作性和可扩展能力等存在的问题,研究了工业自动化中数据集成的关键技术,提出了一个基于OPC和消息中间件的实时数据集成方案,并在此基础上进行了集成平台的实现。通过应用,证明该系统能够大幅提高数据集成的质量和效率。
Specifically for the problems such as integration ability, operability and expansion ability at present, after studying the key technologies of data integration in the industrial automation, a real-time data integration scheme based on OPC and message middleware was presented. And an integration platform is realized based-on the scheme. The application shows that the system can greatly enhance quality and efficiency of data integration.
