腓肠肌内外侧头岛状肌皮瓣修复跟腱及皮肤同时缺损11例

Reconstruction of the achilles tendon and overlying skin defect with gastrocnemius island musculocutaneous flap :report of 11 cases

对11例跟腱及皮肤同时缺损患者采用腓肠肌内外侧头岛状肌皮瓣V-Y推进的方法,10例皮瓣Ⅰ期愈合,1例皮瓣远端边缘发黑,经换药后3周愈合。所有患者皮瓣颜色正常,外型光整,膝、踝关节活动自如,值得推广。
