数控系统中螺纹电路设计及常见问题处理方法

摘要 螺纹加工是数控车床重要的加工功能,要保证螺纹的加工精度,必须准确地获取主轴角位置信号。从光电编码器信号检测分析研究出发,设计螺纹脉冲计数电路,讨论实际加工中出现的问题,提出改进设计和处理方法,并用一个实例介绍了其应用情况。 The function of the screw thread process in NC lathe is important. To make sure the precision of the screw thread process, to obtain the signal of angle place on principal axis exactly is necessary. The opto -electric encoder is often used as an angle displacement sensor. Based on the analysis of the measure signal, the circuit for taking count of pulse is designed, the problem of the machining in practice are discussed, then the method for the circuits improvement is put forward.
