摘要 通过长期实践,探讨影响加工精度的因素,并确定磨削最佳工艺参数和加工系统。同时,设计了用于磨削精密小孔的专用砂轮轴,并揭示了它的制造方法及要点,解决了精密小孔磨削的系统刚度问题。 After a long period of practice, the factors that affect the accuracy of machining have been explored, and the best process parameters and processing system has been determined. At the same time, we have designed the special wheel shaft used for grinding of precision small hole. Further revealed the main points and methods of manufacture to solve the system rigidity problem in the precision small hole grinding.
