维持性血液透析患者微炎症状态相关因子与低血清清蛋白血症的关系 被引量:4

Relationship between microinflammatory state related-factors and hypoalbuminemia in patients with maintenance hemodialysis

摘要 目的分析维持性血液透析患者(MHD)血中C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-1(IL-1)、白介素-6(IL-6)、血清清蛋白(ALB)指标之间关系,探讨MHD患者微炎症状态相关因子与低血清清蛋白血症的关系。方法选择34例MHD患者,并根据ALB水平分为两组:ALB<35g/L组(20例)和ALB≥35g/L组(14例),检测CRP、IL-1、IL-6、ALB水平,与30例健康人(对照组)进行对照。结果MHD患者中CRP、IL-1、IL-6等指标明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),且ALB<35g/L组CRP、IL-1、IL-6水平较ALB≥35g/L组可明显升高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CRP、IL-1、IL-6分别与ALB呈负相关(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论MHD患者存在微炎症状态,炎性细胞因子可能与低血清清蛋白血症有关。 Objective To investigate the relationship between C-reactive protein(CRP) ,interleukinl (IL-1) ,interleukin 6(IL-6) ,albumin(ALB) in the patients with maintenance hemodialysis (MHD). Methods 34 patients with MHD were selected and classified into two groups according to their albumin ( ALB ) levels : the group with ALB lower than 35g/L ( 20 cases ) and that with higher than 35 g/L (14eases) , and 30 healthy persons were selected as control group. Results The levels of IL-1, IL-6 and CRP were increased significantly in MttD group compared with control group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) ,and were higher in ALB〈35g/L group than ALB ≥35g/L group also (P〈0.05). The levels of CRP, IL-1, IL-6 were negatively correlat hypoalhu-minemia(P〈0.05 or P〈0. 01). Conclusion The microinflammatory state is present in MHD patients, inflammatory cell factors is probably associated with hypoalbuminemia.
