老年心瓣膜病41例临床分析

Clincial anylysis of 41 cases in the elderly valvular heart disease

目的探讨老年心瓣膜病发病情况和诊断治疗过程中可能出现的干扰因素。方法选择年龄>60岁的患者,根据临床体征及X胸片、多普勒超声心动图报告,确诊心瓣膜病41例。结果老年心瓣膜病是老年常见的心血管疾病,年龄越大并发症、合并症越多,病情越严重。结论老年心瓣膜病运用循证医学原理,及早正确诊断,规范治疗,能提高老年人生命质量。

Objective To investigate the outbreak of elderly valvular heart disease and the interference factors may arise in the course of diagnosis and treatment. Methods To choose patients at the age of over 60, and to make 41 definite diagnoses of elderly valvular heart disease based on clinical signs, X-ray chest film=and reports of doppler echocardiography. Results Elderly valvular heart disease is common in senile angiocardiopathy. Older the patients is, more complications, more serious con- dition. Conclusion It could improve life quality of older people to use medicine principles, early correct diagnosis and standardized treatment.
