摘要
目的探讨应用新鲜冷冻血浆作为国产试剂TC、TG校准品的可行性。方法按EP9-A文件要求和NCEP目标计划,以罗氏系统测定的新鲜血清结果为参考,将其准确度传递到以新鲜混合冷冻血浆为校准品的国产甲试剂/日立7170A的临时分析系统上。结果临甲系统测定偏差TC:2.69、1.20、1.00;TG:11.73、4.84、1.90。TC在低、中、高,TG在中、高水平的EA>预期偏差95%可信区间上限。结论通过准确度传递,新鲜混合冷冻血浆可以作为国产血脂试剂的校准品。
Objective To discuss the feasibility of using fresh refrigerated plasma as calibrator of Homemade TC & TG reagents. Methods According to the profile of EP9-A and NCEP traget program, using fresh serum results determined by Roche System as the reference, the accuracy was transferred to Homemade Reagent / Hitachi 7170A Temporary Analysis System which used fresh mixed refrigerated plasma as calibrator. Results In Temporary System I, Determination bias of TC were :2.69,1.20, 1.00 ,and those of TG were:11.73,4.84,1.90. The EA of low, medium and high levels of TC ,adn the Es of medium and high levels of TG in Temporary System I 〉 upper limit of the 95% confidence interval of expected bias. Conclusion Fresh mixed refrigerated plasma can be used as calibrator of homemade blood lipid reagent through accuracy transfer.
