总结汶川5.12特大地震灾害后急救过程中医院院内感染控制的经验,探讨消毒灭菌检测与效果评价在此次救援过程中的作用,为将来制定相应的灾后应急预案提供参考。方法通过从院前急救初期对伤员进行感染控制,加强急诊手术室等相关手术物品消毒灭菌与效果评估等方法来指导消毒、隔离以及抗生素应用。结果在加强管理的医疗机构中没有出现医院感染爆发流行。伤员伤口普遍愈合良好。结论灾后急救所采取的卫生防疫措施及时、科学、有效。

Objective To summarize the control experience of nosocomial infection in emergency treatment after the 5.12 major earthquake, discuss the effect of sterilization detection and assessment in this rescue course, provide related emergency plan for related disaster in future. Methods The wounded people＇ infection was controlled well in the early emergency treatment moment. Sterilization,insulation and the application of antibiotics were guided by sterilization＇s effective of operation materials in the emergency operation room. Results There were any nosocomial infections in these medical institutions which were managed strongly,the people＇s wound cured well. Conclusion The measure for sanitation and epidemic prerention was timely scientific and effictive.
