摘要
利用柱前两次低温冷阱富集-气相色谱/氮磷检测器(GC/NPD)联用技术对北极地区和大连湾海洋沉积物中的磷化氢进行了检测,结果表明,在北极生物圈中普遍分布着该气体,磷化氢在北极大气中的浓度在18.54~132.18ng·m^(-3)之间,与南极大气中磷化氢气体浓度水平相当;大连湾沉积物中基质态磷化氢浓度范围在116.8~554.3ng/kg之间,与胶洲湾报道的浓度相当;光照强度、土壤/水-土壤对PH_3的吸附以及季节变化是影响磷化氢在自然界分布规律的重要因素。
The phosphine in the marine deposit of the Arctic Pole area and the DaLian bay were detected for the first time using a technique of combining the two cryotraps method with the gas chromatography-nitrogen, phosphorus detection ( GC- NPD) method. The dection results indicate that phosphine are distributed in the A^ctic pole air and the sediment of the DaLian bay, with the concentrations of 18.54- 132.18 ng/m3 and 116.8- 554.3 ng,/kg respectively. The illumination intension, the adsorption of phosphine in soil/water-soil and the season are the main factors which affect the distribution of phosphine in the natural environmental.
