摘要
随着民办高校的快速发展,越来越多的高校毕业生投身民办教育事业。他们有着丰富的科学文化知识和教书育人的热情,同时,又有其作为知识份子的特殊心理需求。而民办高校,既具有普通公办院校的教学管理模式,又具有一般私营企业的性质,因此,其激励机制问题是值得我们研究的新领域。本文从民办高校特殊的经营管理模式中探索了能本管理和双轨道职业生涯路径选择等激励方法,以期能够对民办高校的发展提供借鉴。
With the rapid development of private universities, more and more college graduates to join the cause of private education. They have a wealth of scientific and cultural knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching and educating people, at the same time, as intellectuals have a special psychological needs. And private universities have not only both public and ordinary institutions to do the teaching management, but also have the general nature of the private sector. Therefore, the incentive mechanism is worthy of our new areas of research. This paper explores in the management and dual-track career path choice incentive approach from the private universities special management model, with a view to the development of private universities for reference.
