摘要
针对实际硬件电路冗余系统中各电路存在失效相关的情况,首先对其失效概率进行分析,指出用于冗余的电路不是越多越好,高可靠性的冗余系统不仅应使用异构的电路构造,而且需要对电路及其冗余数量进行优化选择;然后根据分析结果提出一种基于遗传算法的异构硬件电路冗余系统的构造方法,能快速构造高可靠的冗余系统,并通过实验验证了分析结果的正确性以及该构造方法的可行性。
In real applications, the circuits of a hardware redundant system are often failure dependent. Firstly, the failure probability of such system is analyzed. It shows that the number of redundant circuits is not the more the better. And it is necessary for a high reliability redundant system not only to use heterogeneous circuits but also to consider optimal selections of both the redundant circuits and the redundant number. According to the analyses, a constructive method for heterogeneous hardware circuits redundant system based on genetic algorithm is proposed, which can rapidly construct the system with high reliability. The experimental results demonstrate the validity of analyses and the feasibility of the proposed method.
