价值认识与行为选择是辩证统一的。洋务派为了走出内忧外患的困境,维护清王朝统治,产生了"练兵"的体育需求,在中西体育功能属性的比较中选择了引进"洋操"。
Recognizing the value of choice and behavior is a dialectical unity. Westernization Group in order to get out the plight of both internal and external problems, and safeguard the rule of the Qing Dynasty, had a ＂training＂ of the sports needs of the functional properties in the Central and Western sports selected compared the introduction of ＂foreign -speaking. ＂
