内皮素受体在下肢慢性静脉功能不全血管中的分布及其意义 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨内皮素受体A/B在下肢慢性静脉功能不全血管组织中的分布规律及临床意义。方法取无明显曲张下肢静脉(对照组)和明显曲张下肢静脉(病变组)各10例,用免疫组织化学法测定内皮素A/B受体在两组血管组织中的定位分布,并计算受体与静脉疾病CEAP分期之临床分级(C)的相关性。结果内皮素A受体主要分布于血管内皮,B受体主要分布于血管平滑肌。对照组中A受体(u=3.45,P<0.001)和B受体(u=4.14,P<0.001)位点阳性分布均显著高于病变组,尤以B受体为著。受体缺失与下肢慢性静脉功能不全的病变分级呈正相关(rA=0.70,rB=0.73)。结论内皮素A/B受体与下肢慢性静脉功能不全的病理过程密切相关,可能对探讨其发病机制和防治提供新的靶点和途径。
