摘要
高校学生管理工作纷繁复杂,但相应的管理机构和制度不够健全,朋辈教育制度是充分发挥学生自我管理、互相帮助的制度,既能够锻炼学生自我管理的能力,又能够促进高校常规、团学、党建、就业等工作的开展,是高校学生管理工作的有效途径。
The management about college-students is complicated, however the corresponding management institutions and systems are not sound enough. Peer education system is the system of giving full play to students self-management and mutual-help, and It is an effective way to exercise students＇ self- management capability as well as promote the management of conventional colleges and universities, party buliding, employment and management of college students.
