教师专业化发展已成为国际教师教育改革的趋势,也是我国教师教育改革的一个重要取向。高职院校教师专业化的目的是提高高职院校教师队伍的整体水平,以适应高等教育改革和发展的需要。准确界定高职院校教师职业专业化的内涵,了解教师职业专业化发展现状,可以提出教师专业化发展的对策,推进高职院校教师专业化发展。

Professional development of teachers has become the trend of international education reform, and it is also an important orientation of education reform in China. Professionalization of teachers in higher vocational colleges is aimed at enhancing the overall level of teachers to meet the higher education reform and development. Vocational colleges should define accurately the meaning of the professionalization of the teaching profession to understand the status of professional development of teachers, and accordingly recommend measures for teacher professional development to promote the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
