Constructing Cyclic Economy in Counties Under Changing the Mode of Economic Development

转变经济发展方式体现在空间上,就是要转变县域经济的发展方式。本文在分析国外三大循环经济模式的基础上,结合我国地域和经济发展的特点,提出了我国转变经济发展方式应当大力发展区域中循环经济模式,即县域循环经济模式,并指出产业协同是发展县域循环经济的核心,最后探讨了政府在县域循环经济构建中的作用。

Spatially, to change the mode of economic development is to change the development mode of county economy. By analyzing the three main foreign modes of cyclic economy and combining with our regional characteristics, this article put forward that, in order to change the mode of our economic development, we should strongly develop the mode of cyclic economy in counties. It also pointed out that industry coordination is the core of developing county cyclic economy. Finally, the author discussed the function of government in the development of county cyclic economy.
