摘要 中国酒文化历史悠久,深入人心,而过量饮酒对机体会造成伤害。根据酒精在体内的代谢场所和代谢方式,解酒制品的作用一般体现在以下两个方面:(1)加快乙醇代谢,降低血醇浓度,减轻其对机体的伤害;(2)增强清除自由基的能力,减轻其对肝脏的损伤。本文主要通过这两个方面简述其药理机制,并简介了市场存在与之相关的解酒制品。 Chinese wine culture has a long history and has sank into people's minds, but excessive drinking will be harmful for the body. According to the place and the way of alcohol metabolism in the body, the function of anti-inebriation products is generally embodied in the two aspects as follows: (1) to accelerate the metabolism of ethanol, reduce ethanol concentration in blood, alleviate its harm to the body. (2) to enhance the ability to re- move free radicals, and lessen its impact on the liver. The pharmacological mechanisms has been described in two aspects and some anti-inebriation products in the makert has been introduced in the paper.
