摘要
目的观察蜂胶不同提取部位对胃排空和小肠推进功能的影响。方法①对胃排空影响:ICR雄性小鼠50只随机分为5组(对照组,蜂胶A高剂量组、蜂胶A低剂量组、蜂胶B高剂量组、蜂胶B低剂量组,皮下给药40min后,灌胃0.1%甲基橙溶液20min后颈椎脱臼处死,剖腹取胃,计算每只小鼠胃中甲基橙残留率;②对小肠推进影响:实验动物及分组方法同上,每只小鼠灌胃给予含炭末(5%活性炭)的药液30min后处死,剖腹,剪取上至幽门下至回盲部肠管作为小肠全长(cm),以幽门至炭末前沿距离作为炭末在肠中推进距离(cm),计算小肠推进百分率。结果蜂胶水提液高剂量和醇提物均能降低小鼠胃中甲基橙的残留率,提高小肠炭末推进率,与对照组比较有显著性差异,特别是蜂胶醇提物有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论蜂胶不同提取部位均有促进消化的作用。
OBJECITVE To observe the different effects on gastric emptying and intestine propulsion of propolis extracted from different parts. METHODS (1)Effect on gastric emptying: 50 ICR male mice were divided into 5 groups(control group, propolis A high dose group, propolis A low dose group, propolis B high dose group, propolis B low dose group, 40 min after subcutaneous administration, the mice were intragastrically administrated with 0.1% methyl orange and 20 rain later, they were executed with cervical dislocation, the stomach was removed after laparotomy, the remaining rate of methyl orange were calculated; (2)The effects on the propulsion of intestine, the animals and grouping were the same as described above, physic liquor containing carbo medicinali (5% absorbite) were intragastrically administrated, 30min later, they were executed, laparotomy was made and an section of intestine from pylorus to ileocecal junction was taken for the whole length of intestine, the distance from pylorus to the front edge of carbo medicinali was taken as the propulsion distance of carbo medicinali, the propulsion rate of intestine was calculated. RESULTS High dose of water extract liquid and alcohol extract of propolis can both lower the remaining rate of methyl orange and improve the carbo medicinali's propulsion rate of intestine, the difference is significant compared with those of the control group, especially the alcohol extract(P 〈 0.01). CONCLUSIONS All of the extracts from different parts of propolis can help to the digestive function.
